We overhauled the copy and incorporated industry statistics to sell the importance of using their type of service. To help prove that the company had a strong track record of delivering results we included specific financial results that clients have achieved using their services along with testimonials.

Financial Advisory Firm

Financial advisors specialising in self-managed super funds wanted to attract more clients who are existing SMSF trustees who were interested in advanced investment strategies. They also wanted to attract prospective SMSF trustees and encourage them to invest in property. We decided to run an SMSF trustees workshop and promoted it using Google Adwords and other online advertising, print advertising in specific publications, direct mail campaigns to existing clients and key influencers such as accountants.

 

Wealth Advisory Firm

A Wealth Advisory firm engaged us to be their external marketing department for both the sale of their franchises and also for attracting new wealth advisory clients. For their franchise marketing activities we developed a marketing plan which incorporate tactics and strategies to develop relationships with potential franchisees including a combination of briefing sessions, workshops, and direct mail campaigns as well as sales processes and associated marketing collateral to convert those potential franchisees into clients.  We also developed a franchise website, a variety of direct mail campaigns, event invitations, franchise proposal documentation and telephone and face to face sales scripts and protocols.

 

Practice Management Consultancy

This practice management consultancy is a franchise operation. We were engaged to develop systems kits to help their franchisees with their marketing. These systems kits were on the topics of event promotion, consltative selling, prospecting, strategic alliances, referrals and running events. We were also engaged to produce over 1400 pages of IP in the form of strategy kits for the franchisee knowledge base.

A Business Planning franchisor wanted to develop further strategy kits for their franchisees to use when working with their business planning clients. We not only produced the kits but also produced a variety of marketing collateral for attracting more referrals and attracting strategic alliance relationships.
