For their franchise marketing activities we developed a marketing plan which incorporate tactics and strategies to develop relationships with potential franchisees including a combination of briefing sessions, workshops, and direct mail campaigns as well as sales processes and associated marketing collateral to convert those potential franchisees into clients.  We also developed a franchise website, a variety of direct mail campaigns, event invitations, franchise proposal documentation and telephone and face to face sales scripts and protocols.
